Former Women’s Champion Expresses Her Desire To Face Natalya Following Return

Over the past few years, the women’s wrestling industry has evolved beyond expectations. Numerous women like Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Bayley, and more have had a great hand in getting the industry forward. However, one name that has made unmatched efforts to put women’s wrestling over all is Natalya. 

While the former Women’s Champion has been having a decent time in WWE lately, in recent post on X, she expressed her desire to be the first woman to face former Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella once she returned from her maternity leave. 

“I wanna be her first rivalry when she comes back to the ring. Carmella is amazing and can do it ALL.”

Addressing the legend’s post, the former Money in the Bank winner, Carmella, revealed that she would love to face Natalya in her first match upon return in a recent post on X. Not only that, but the Fabulous One also called her the ‘Best of all Time’. 

“I’d love to play play play with you, natters! The BOAT!!!!”

Carmella has been out of action since March 2023 following which, she gave birth to baby boy, Dimitri Paul Polinsky. On the other hand, Natalya has been making occasional appearances with her friend Tegan Nox. However, the duo doesn’t seem to have a lot of big matches coming their way as of now.
