Roman Reigns has never shied away from expressing his thoughts, and recently, he didn’t hold back when discussing his detractors. Since his return as a heel in 2020, Reigns has seen a significant shift in fan reactions, evolving from a booed babyface to a cheered villain.

However, in 2024, the dynamic has shifted once again, with many fans now rallying behind Cody Rhodes to conclude his story at WrestleMania 40. Reigns addressed his critics on The Pat McAfee Show, bluntly stating his opinion that they are foolish.

“I’ll give you the simple truth: people can be stupid. Let them do what they want, it’s fine. It’s worked out great for us, we’re not complaining at all. The checks keep rolling in. We’ll keep doing what we do and we don’t care what they think because it’s the truth. I carry my family, I carry this company on my back. Why not share the spotlight and make everyone better? These past four years are proof of that. We’re the greatest.”

Reigns recently confronted Cody Rhodes on Friday Night SmackDown, appearing to double-cross him after their agreement to meet alone. As tensions rise, it’s clear that Reigns is unapologetically focused on his path, regardless of what his detractors may say.
