Maryse, a former two-time Women’s Champion in WWE and the wife of The Miz, recently shared a shocking and harrowing story on her Instagram account. She revealed that she was diagnosed with a pre-cancerous condition. She has now provided an update on her condition finally.
Recently, the 41-year-old received a diagnosis of a rare pre-cancerous condition affecting the ovaries. Maryse shared on social media that she underwent laparoscopy surgery, during which the doctor discovered and removed 11 implants located around her uterus, ovaries, and connective tissues in her abdominal cavity. These implants were identified as Serous Borderline Tumors, a highly uncommon pre-cancerous condition of the ovaries.
The former champion took to Instagram stories today to share a health update with her followers. She posted a video of herself walking on a treadmill and disclosed that her next surgery is scheduled in two weeks.
“Walking 30-40 mins a day lately! My next surgery is in 2 weeks and then I will be on bed rest for 2 weeks after that! Getting my steps in now!”
