Two matches have been slated for WrestleMania 40 following developments at Elimination Chamber on Saturday.

According to Dave Meltzer’s report in Sunday’s Daily Update, both Logan Paul vs. Randy Orton and AJ Styles vs. LA Knight are confirmed for WrestleMania 40. These matches were hinted at during the Elimination Chamber event, and WWE officials have now solidified their inclusion in the WrestleMania lineup.

“Coming off the Chamber show, those at WWE have confirmed both bouts, AJ Styles vs. LA Knight and Logan Paul vs. Randy Orton, that yesterday’s show appeared to set up. Both are right now listed for Mania.”

During the men’s chamber match in Perth, Australia, on Saturday, the groundwork for these matches was laid. After Bobby Lashley was ousted from the chamber, AJ Styles entered and unleashed a barrage of steel chair shots on LA Knight, culminating in a Styles Clash atop the chair, eliminating Knight from the match.

In the climax of the men’s chamber bout, Logan Paul intervened with brass knuckles, leading to his elimination by Randy Orton’s RKO. Subsequently, Paul recovered and struck Orton with the knuckles, facilitating Drew McIntyre’s victory. This outcome officially paves the way for McIntyre to face World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at WrestleMania.
