IYO Sky has proven her worth as one of the most captivating WWE superstars, coming from the ranks of their developmental, NXT all the way up to reigning as the WWE Women’s champion in the big leagues.

She was called up to the main roster back in 2022 at that year’s SummerSlam event. IYO made her appearance alongside Bayley and Dakota Kai, with the trio coming to be known as Damage CTRL.

IYO’s association with her faction duo led her to rise above all, first clinching the Money in the Bank briefcase last year at the name-sake event and then cashing it on Bianca Belair at WWE SummerSlam 2023 to win the title.

Since then, the Genius of the Skies has been on a remarkable run as champion defeating top-tier superstars on the roster. Moreover, her incredible reign has recently hit a milestone as IYO Sky has crossed 200 days as the WWE Women’s champion.

However, IYO Sky’s reign is in deep jeopardy after her former Damage CTRL cohort Bayley won the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match and chose her for a title match at WrestleMania 40 after The Role Model learned about IYO Sky’s real feelings about her.

What is your thought on IYO Sky’s reign as the WWE Women’s champion? Do you think it could end at the hands of Bayley at WrestleMania? Sound off in the comments!
