The world of professional wrestling is an unpredictable one, as injuries can happen at any time. Injuries have become more commonplace in AEW for the past year and unfortunately, an AEW star is currently out of action due to injury.

ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta has seen a resurgence as part of the Blackpool Combat Club lately. He is known to put on solid matches, but fans have been concerned after he has been absent for a while.

According to Sean Ross Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, many have noticed Wheeler Yuta’s absence. It was reported that ROH Pure Champion has been dealing with an injury, which is the reason for his absence from television.

”Wheeler Yuta’s absence has been noticed by many. Fightful Select has learned that the ROH Pure Champion has also been dealing with an injury, which is why he’s been off TV. Yuta is advertised for a match alongside BCC in CMLL on March 29.”

As noted above, Wheeler Yuta is set to compete with is Blackpool Combat Club compatriots in CMLL on March 29th, therefore it is believed he will be back in time for the bout. We’ll have to see when he will make his triumphant return to AEW television.
