Jade Cargill, whose recent performance at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event garnered significant attention, found herself in the spotlight once again due to a deleted tweet that fueled rumors of tension with Zelina Vega.
Despite the buzz surrounding her, Cargill’s career has been on an upward trajectory, highlighted by her appearance in a new Mountain Dew ad for the Super Bowl. However, a playful exchange on Twitter between Cargill and Vega sparked speculation of discord between the two wrestlers.
Vega jokingly remarked on Twitter that the portrayal of Cargill in the ad resembled her own appearance. In response, Cargill clarified that the resemblance was coincidental and asserted her signature style, cautioning Vega against making similar remarks in the future. However, Cargill’s tweet was met with some backlash from fans who believed Vega’s comment was made in jest. This prompted Cargill to delete her tweet in response to the criticism.
”Love you but nobody thought it was you. This is MY signature color. And don’t you dare say nothing about rocking it better cause BABYYYY. I luh you doe. Now come soon.”
Addressing the deleted tweet, Cargill took to Twitter once again to reassure fans that there was no animosity between herself and Vega, emphasizing that her initial response was meant in jest. She urged fans to relax and clarified that the exchange was all in good fun.
”It was a jokeeee. Let’s all relax. 🥰”
In the age of social media, interpreting the intent behind tweets can be challenging, with messages often being taken at face value. However, Cargill’s subsequent clarification aimed to dispel any rumors of tension between herself and Vega, reaffirming that there is no ill will between the two wrestlers.
