WWE is set to kick off WrestleMania 40 festivities in the land of Nevada with a special press event featuring some of the top WWE superstars today.

Despite the sight of Mania being held in Philadelphia in April 2024, there is reportedly a clear picture of WWE’s decision to choose Las Vegas as the location for this event which can have major implications for The Show of Shows.

According to a report by PWInsider, Vegas was chosen as the sight for the WrestleMania press event due to the city hosting the Super Bowl week and WWE wanted to be included in the sports mecca during this week.

Furthermore, it also stated that The Rock’s presence and star power will attract mainstream media attention, present in the city for the game between Kansas City Chiefs vs. San Francisco 49ers.
