Collection Agency Pursues Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch Amidst Legal Issues

The turning point in Sytch’s life came when she was involved in a tragic car accident that claimed the life of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter. As a consequence, she received 17-year prison sentence for her role in the incident. Notably, her public defender has been actively seeking an appeal for her DUI conviction.

In another legal battle, a second civil lawsuit, filed by Jana Olivova, is set to proceed to trial on July 8th. Olivova, a passenger in a separate vehicle affected by the accident, is seeking $50,000 in damages. Initially, the lawsuit named Sytch, Pente, and Geico Insurance, Olivova’s insurance provider, as defendants. However, the suit was subsequently amended in July 2023, with Geico being the sole defendant. The original lawsuit alleged that Olivova suffered injuries due to Tamara Sytch’s negligence, encompassing bodily harm, physical and mental suffering, disability, impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment of life, and more. These damages were claimed to be permanent or ongoing, with the expectation of future suffering and expenses.

In addition to these legal battles, Sytch is also facing financial difficulties, as she owes $6,643.32 to the State of Pennsylvania, with the debt overdue for more than 1,727 days. A collection agency has been actively attempting to recover this outstanding debt for the past 180 days. Details regarding Sytch’s charges in the State of New Jersey remain relatively undisclosed.
