There has been a lot of news surrounding WrestleMania 40 in recent days due to the controversy surrounding the main event. Cody Rhodes who was supposed to main event the show seemingly gave up his main event spot to The Rock which caused a lot of backlash.

However, the news surrounding WrestleMania 40 doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon. There are some details that have come to light surrounding the start time of the show.

A number of our readers who bought tickets to WrestleMania 40 received an email informing them that the start time for each night of the show is 6:30 PM EST and the doors for Lincoln Field will open at 4:30 PM EST.

*Lincoln Field in Philadelphia will open doors for the event each night at 4:30 PM Eastern.”

This is an unusual start time for a WWE Premium Live Event since PLEs usually start at 8 PM EST. We will have to wait and see if the start time will affect the show’s duration.

As a reminder, Ringside News will be providing live play-by-play coverage of the event over at our WrestleMania hub. There you can find WrestleMania news, rumors, results and spoilers from this event and previous WrestleManias.
