CM Punk’s highly enthralling momentum in WWE was derailed, courtesy of an unfortunate injury. However, Punk looks unhappy due to missing time for a while as part of an amazing locker room, quoted by the Best in the World himself.

In recent WWE chronicle that highlighted CM Punk’s aforementioned injury and announcement of missing WrestleMania, he was seen backstage on RAW getting candid and having a massive appreciation for his co-workers.

He mentioned that it was disheartening to miss time temporarily with a spectacular bunch of in-ring talents in the WWE.

“Just certain looks from certain people I get, and then I start crying again. And Cody’s one of them. He’s a great dude. This locker room is everything the business is supposed to be. It’s everything the business was sold to me as being and it’s remarkable, and that’s why I’m so sad. I’m not sad I hurt my arm, I’m sad I’m temporarily out of this amazing situation.”

CM Punk returned to WWE intending to achieve his lifelong goal of main eventing the Show of Shows, WrestleMania. He entered the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble match to begin his road to WrestleMania, but ended up as the runner-up after being eliminated by the eventual winner, Cody Rhodes.

Adding insult to injury, Punk injured his left triceps during the match and announced on the following RAW that he would miss WrestleMania this year. While he is due to miss the Grandest Stage of them all, it would be no time before the former WWE champion would return to the ring and begin his climb back to the top of the mountain.
