A shift in the AEW schedule is on the horizon for next month.

Normally, AEW Rampage is scheduled to air on Friday nights on TNT, with Dynamite, the flagship show of All Elite Wrestling, broadcasting on Wednesday nights on TBS. However, a change is in store for March 20th.

According to Andrew Zarian from the Mat Men Podcast, on that particular Wednesday, Rampage will deviate from its usual Friday slot and will instead follow Dynamite. This adjustment is attributed to the annual NCCA basketball tournament, known as March Madness, which Warner Bros. Discovery covers each year.

“The 3/20 episode of Dynamite will be followed by a live episode of Rampage due to NCAA March Madness.”

Wrestling fans can mark their calendars for March 20th, as AEW makes a temporary shift to accommodate the excitement of March Madness. On this unique Wednesday night, Rampage will take center stage following Dynamite, offering fans an action-packed evening of wrestling entertainment.

How do you feel about AEW Rampage temporarily moving to Wednesday night to accommodate March Madness? Do you think this schedule change will impact AEW’s viewership or momentum?
