Cody Rhodes Sends Message to CM Punk Ahead of Their Confrontation on WWE RAW

The road to WrestleMania is about to begin in less than a week with the onset of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Before WWE invades Florida for the show, two of the biggest stars, CM Punk and Cody Rhodes are headed for a confrontation on RAW with The American Nightmare sending a message right before it.

The 2023 Royal Rumble winner took to his X to hype the upcoming face-to-face showdown with The Best in the World. Moreover, he let the fans know that he is much ready with his war of words going into RAW.

Rhodes and Punk have been a part of the WWE roster in the early 2010s and later on in Tony Khan’s AEW. The top-tier stars, however, returned to their original home in 2022 and 2023 respectively adding immense star power to the global juggernaut.

Cody mentioned the record-breaking WWE champion during his promo on RAW last week. Although CM Punk was not present in attendance, he issued challenge to meet Rhodes inside the ring the following week.

Both Cody Rhodes and CM Punk were among the first two participants to be announced for the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble match. Not only that, both men are also the hot favorites to win the 30-man over-the-top-rope melee. Therefore, it would be interesting to see what will go down in New Orleans this week for the Royal Rumble go-home edition of RAW.
