RVD is regarded as one of the all-time greats as far as in-ring action and death-defying stunts are concerned. His innovative moveset put him above his competition in many ways and now he has reacted to someone breaking his incredible split-leg deadlift record.

The pro wrestling legend never fails to keep himself in incredible shape, as he learned a lot of discipline while training to be a professional wrestler. This includes his unique gym sessions as well.

RVD has popularized the split-leg deadlift as many have also paid tribute to him by performing the same move. RVD took to Twitter recently and reacted to a video of popular workout influencer Jujimmufu performing the Van Dam lift.

The workout influencer ended up performing a 180-pound Van Dam split-leg deadlift and ended up shattering the record, which was previously held by RVD. RVD had the record of doing the split at 166 pounds. RVD was clearly impressed by the incredible feat and had nothing but respect for the influencer.
