Adam Cole revealed himself as The Devil at the end of AEW Worlds End. That was a shocking moment, but it won’t translate into any action for Cole in the immediate future.

All Elite Wrestling returns to Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, NC on Sunday, March 3rd with AEW Revolution. Sting’s last match will be featured on that card, and a lot more. It wouldn’t be a good idea to expect Adam Cole.

Dave Meltzer stated on Wrestling Observer Radio that Adam Cole likely won’t be cleared to wrestle by March. That injury he suffered at Grand Slam was legit, so he is not okay to compete.

“I have no impression that Adam Cole will be ready by March 3rd. He might be but it’s certainly not anything that I expect.”

“I dont know that its two more months. I get the impression that it’s longer. No one has given me a timeframe even though I’ve been in touch with people on it. No one has given me a timeframe.”

Adam Cole likely has a lot of AEW appearances in his future. Now, we will have to see what is in store for him as The Devil.

Tony Khan is losing MJF, but Adam Cole might be back on television in a non-wrestling role. Things could really heat up in 2024, but Adam Cole can’t rush his return from injury.
