AEW Worlds End is going down tonight in Long Island. While they hyped the event during the Zero-Hour, they also revealed that an exciting return is coming.

Serena Deeb was absent from AEW television for a year. There were reports that she had disagreements with management, but now she has finally shared the reason behind her absence.

During the AEW Worlds End Zero-Hour show, they aired a promo package for Serena Deeb, while hyping her return. This was an intense video package what showed off Serena Deeb working out.

Serena Deeb joined AEW on September 2nd, 2020, engaging in a match against then-NWA Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa. She maintained a consistent presence on AEW television until participating in the AEW Dark: Elevation taping on October 18th, 2022.

Serena Deeb has recently made a comeback to AEW events, sharing on Instagram that she underwent three seizures since last October, leading to her hiatus from the wrestling ring.
