AEW has a Devil running around the company, and fans are going to see who is under that mask next. This is going to be quite a show whenever The Devil reveals himself, but we know one star who is not playing that role.

An ongoing narrative in AEW currently revolves around The Devil character, and its culmination seems imminent. Things in this storyline could get kicked into high gear during the Worlds End pay-per-view event.

This Devil storyline gained momentum in recent months, featuring a masked figure and unidentified partners launching attacks on individuals connected to AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF, including Jay White, The Acclaimed, and Billy Gunn. Now, The Devil’s masked men are ROH Tag Team Champions.

Ahead of AEW Worlds End, Wardlow has dropped a message on Instagram. His new story is simply a text graphic saying that he is not The Devil, but he will still be watching the pay-per-view.

“Not the devil. Not a goon. On vacation, [I] will be watching Worlds End from London. So stop asking @ aew.”

There are several possibilities for The Devil’s identity. This could also be a turning point for AEW, as they face another big pay-off after a very long storyline. Needless to say, AEW Worlds End will be very interesting.

Tony Khan has hinted that we will see who is under that Devil mask soon enough. Only time will tell if we hear anything prior to the Worlds End pay-per-view about the Devil, but we will have our eyes peeled for more updates.
