WWE crafts their television to attract viewers from every demographic they can. They will have some trouble in the female demographic very soon, because a massive show is returning on January 30th.

WWE NXT has a lot of competition all over the place. They will soon have even more, because Vanderpump Rules is coming back in January.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Vanderpump Rules’ impending January 30th season premiere is expected to really put a damper on any expected draw from a female demographic. That show generally draws a tremendous amount of female viewership, and WWE NXT needs as many viewers as they can get.

Vanderpump Rules was noted as “the No. 1 non-wrestling entertainment show on cable.” Therefore, WWE NXT may have some issues.

Vanderpump Rules season 11 premieres on January 30th, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, with weekly episodes and next-day streaming on Peacock. The series is long-running and has dedicated fans at this point.

We will have to see if there is a noticeable shift in female demographic viewership when Vanderpump Rules returns. In the meantime, WWE NXT still has a few weeks to book their shows and give female fans a reason to tune in.
