AEW is bringing Worlds End to fans on December 30th. They capped off the go-home episode before the pay-per-view with a big surprise.

Ringside News had complete coverage of AEW Dynamite this week. Needless to say, fans didn’t know what was going to happen at all. The main event match saw MJF and Samoa Joe defend the ROH Tag Team Titles against The Devil’s minions, and that was anything but a simple match.

MJF made his way to the ring for that main event, but Samoa Joe did not. They showed Samoa Joe backstage, rolling on the ground like he was in pain, signifying that he was attacked. MJF did the match anyway, but it didn’t take long for a third minion to show up, and hit MJF with a chair.

Then MJF took his own finisher move and the pinfall to lose the ROH Tag Team Titles. This was a shock, but the action wasn’t over.

After MJF lost the titles, Samoa Joe decided to come out to help him. Then, after the Devil’s masked minions left as ROH World Tag Team Champions, The Devil showed himself on the screen.

Text on the screen said, “pleasure doing business with you,” before things took a turn. Samoa Joe eyed MJF’s bandaged shoulder, and then he whacked him with the steel chair he had in his hands, one he was previously using to run off The Devil’s minions.

Samoa Joe said, “I did this to you!” as the beatdown continued. We’re not sure what he was confessing to, but it was certainly a surprising way to conclude the go-home AEW Dynamite before Worlds End.
