WWE has seen several cross-over talents come in from other sports. Some of those people were already celebrities in their own right. If you ask The Miz, Travis and Jason Kelce could be on their way to WWE if they want it.

The Miz had a bit of enthusiasm for the idea of Travis Kelce, along with his brother Jason Kelce, venturing into the wrestling world. TMZ reported that Kelce previously discussed his interest in joining wrestling, and he has already consulted The Miz about it.

While nothing concrete has been established, The Miz has reached out to Kelce about the idea. The A-Lister sees potential in having the center for the Philadelphia Eagles make a special appearance at WrestleMania, especially given that the event will be in Philly, a city that is very familiar to Jason Kelce.

The Miz told TMZ that he believes WWE could experience a boost similar to the impact of celebrity appearances, citing the “Taylor Swift effect.”

“I’m always sending DMs to Travis like, ‘hey, I think you could do pretty well.’ This year we’re in WrestleMania in Philly, so never say never.”

The Miz remembers when Pat McAfee and George Kittle ganged up on him in SoFi Stadium for WrestleMania. Only time will tell if Travis Kelce joins that tradition. If anything, it would certainly make a big WrestleMania moment.

We will have total coverage of the road to WrestleMania, and everything that goes with it, right here at Ringside News. You never know who will surprise fans at the showcase of the immortals, but we will be here with the headlines.
