Swerve Strickland has been part of the AEW family for a while now and fans have gained a great deal of respect for him thanks to his impressive in-ring skills and character work. Strickland is coming off the biggest victory of his career at AEW Full Gear and is part of The Continental Classic. That said, he sparked outrage after vibing to a disturbing song in a now-deleted video.

Swerve Strickland loves hip-hop and his theme song ‘Big Pressure’ is made by him as well. He is also proud of his culture and ensures he carries that with him every step of the way.

However, the AEW star recently caused outrage on social media as he was seen vibing to a rap song, where the lyrics stated, ‘Had a chick but she was black and ugly.’

This didn’t sit well with fans at all. It came to a point that Swerve Strickland ended up deleting that video from his Instagram story but still kept the previous videos of him vibing to the song.
