TJ Wilson took a Muscle Buster from Samoa Joe and ended up injuring his neck in 2015. The injury turned out to be life-threatening and Wilson was forced to retire from pro wrestling. Now Wilson claimed that he is training WWE talent who won’t even report until January 2024.

After retiring from in-ring competition, TJ Wilson found a new lease on his career after becoming a producer. In fact, he is now revered as one of the best producers WWE ever got, especially when it comes to women’s matches.

WWE has quite a few new recruits whom they will be training at the WWE Performance Center, in order to determine whether they would be fit to perform as bonafide WWE Superstars in the future.

While speaking to Counted Out With Mike & Tyler, TJ Wilson revealed that there are talents who come to train with him and Natalya who are signed to WWE but aren’t scheduled to report to WWE until January of 2024.

Just an assortment of different people (that train with Natalya & Wilson), certain people have come in that WWE have kind of sent in to have a little look and then they’ve been signed since then. There’s been a couple of guys that have come down, had a little look and not because of me but end up, now, they’re under contracts and it’s just, I have guys that have been in WWE like Nattie and myself that have been in WWE for a very long time and I have guys that are coming in that have been signed but they don’t report until January so, it’s everything in there.

WWE is always focused on developing the Superstars of tomorrow and there is no better trainer to work with than TJ Wilson – whose in-ring skills won him praise and accolades from many. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see whether any of the talent Wilson has trained with will end up becoming proper WWE Superstars in the end.

What’s your opinion on what TJ Wilson said? Are you glad he is training so many further WWE talent? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
