Royal Rumble is one of the most exciting events in WWE. While many stars who are part of the WWE roster participate, there are several thrilling participants as well. WWE legend Mick Foley has surprised fans by making appearances after his retirement. However, it appears that Foley won’t be making an appearance on the 2024 Royal Rumble PPV at all.

On the latest episode of WWE’s The Bump, Foley discussed the event. While speaking about it, Foley did seem to tease his participation but backtracked and dismissed any chance of making a surprise appearance at the Royal Rumble.

“On Royal Rumble, people get together and celebrate. It really makes people happy. So I’ll be tuned in, and maybe I’ll be…no, here’s the thing; I would have to lose 70 pounds just to be in terrible shape, so I am not going to be there.”

Funnily enough, the host joked that the WWE Hall of Famer is “undeclared” for an appearance, to which Foley agreed.

The Hardcore Legend has been making plenty of headlines. He recently explained the genius behind his Mr. Socko gimmick. Moreover, he revealed last month that he was the one who advised WWE to look out for Drew McIntyre after his initial release.
