In the world of WWE, staying in peak physical condition is a must, and when you’re a colossal 385-pound behemoth towering over 6.5 feet, it takes an extraordinary amount of dedication and sheer hard work.

Enter Braun Strowman, aptly named ‘The Monster of All Monsters.’ This 40-year-old Superstar’s journey to WWE stardom is a tale of athleticism and strength. From a school sports enthusiast to a semi-professional football player, Strowman even conquered the Strongman circuit, clinching the 2012 Arnold Amateur Strongman Championships. WWE took notice and signed him in 2013, and the rest, as they say, is history.

But what truly fuels this giant of a man? In a recent conversation with MMA media personality Nina-Marie Daniele, Strowman unveiled the staggering number of calories he consumes daily to maintain his larger-than-life persona as ‘The Monster Among Men.’

“I’m trying to put some weight on, so I’m eating around 10,000 – 11,000 calories,” Strowman confessed. His daily menu is nothing short of epic: 250 grams of Cream of Rice and 50 grams of protein kick off his day. Then, every 2-3 hours, he devours 12 ounces of cooked beef, chicken, or fish paired with a hearty 400 grams of rice, tallying up to a whopping 7-8 meals per day.

The incredible consumption doesn’t stop there. Strowman once participated in a sleep study during his ‘World’s Strongest Man’ days when he tipped the scales at around 400 pounds. Even with a solid 7 hours of sleep, he burned a jaw-dropping 3,900 calories!

In response to this revelation, Strowman, the former WWE Universal Champion, simply quipped, “I like to eat what can I say??!!
