WWE has a lot of opportunities for their stars, and you never know what matchups will happen next. That includes those in NXT who are vying for main roster glory someday.

Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, who is currently one-half of the WWE NXT Tag Team Championship alongside Tony D’Angelo, regained the titles after defeating Chase U on the November 14th episode of NXT. He has his eyes on more than just NXT greatness.

During an interview on Niko Knows Best, Lorenzo discussed his ambitions following the tag title win, and his aspirations are quite high. Right now, he’s working hard, but the future is bright for Stacks.

“Right now … I’m living in the moment. This is my immediate future, but … I look at everybody. I look at Logan Paul. I see what he’s doing.”

Stacks mentioned that he used to be compared to Jake Paul’s brother, Logan Paul, even hearing chants referencing the Paul brothers during live events. This left him with a sense of determination regarding the Paul brothers.

“My goal [is to] show the rest of the world … I’m working my butt off out here. He hops into my world [and tries] to take food off my table? Come on. We’re going to settle that one day, wherever he is. He may be [the] United States Champion at the time. … Maybe he’ll de-throne Roman Reigns. We don’t know. If he does, I’m going to be knocking on his door.”

After a few years of wrestling on the independent circuit, Lorenzo signed with WWE in early 2022. He was swiftly teamed up with D’Angelo and Troy “Two Dimes” Donovan, adopting a mobster-inspired gimmick. Donovan later departed WWE and is currently wrestling in AEW as Cole Karter. Lorenzo and D’Angelo remained a team, overcoming some challenges to secure the tag titles together at WWE NXT Great American Bash in July. Paul has been featured on “WWE SmackDown” and recently defeated Rey Mysterio to claim his first WWE title.

Only time will tell what Stacks is able to do in WWE. He is off to a good start, and he has a family around him as well. Those could result in some big things down the line, especially if an eventual possible split from The Family elevates him to a higher position on the card.

We will keep an eye on this story, and so many more, in the pro wrestling world, here at Ringside News. You never know what can happen next, or who might be future main event stars.
