Cody Rhodes Makes Big Royal Rumble Announcement On 11/27 WWE RAW

The 2024 Royal Rumble event will take place on Saturday, January 27th, 2024, at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. That event is two months away, but they got things started with the build for that big show.

Cody Rhodes came out on RAW during the second hour. Then he thanked his teammates in the 2023 WarGames match. This is when he made a very big announcement.

Cody Rhodes told fans that he has one destination, and that means he will have to have the Royal Rumble in his sights. That is when Cody Rhodes announced that he will be in the 2024 Royal Rumble match.

The 2024 Royal Rumble event will be the second Royal Rumble to be held at Tropicana Field after the 2021 event in the ThunderDome, though the first with live fans in attendance due to the COVID-19 pandemic that year. Even though the event is two months away, we already have our first competitor in the big match.

This announcement brought a big pop from the Nashville crowd. They were all behind Cody Rhodes making this announcement.
