The Shield’s Legacy Lives On Through Bayley’s Unique Tribute

Bayley, the notorious heel in WWE, has certainly made her mark as one of the top female Superstars in the company. She has a lot of respect for her peers in WWE and that includes The Shield. In fact, Bayley even paid tribute to The Shield in her own way.

Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Jon Moxley debuted on the main roster in 2012 and were known as The Shield. They went on to become a legendary faction, whose influence is still prevalent in WWE.

The leader of Damage CTRL took to her Instagram and uploaded a photo of herself recreating The Shield’s iconic fist bump, but using the thumbs down pose used by Damage CTRL instead alongside a few fans who cosplayed The Shield.

Bayley also has less than stellar win/loss record in 2023 so far. Regardless, fans certainly enjoyed Bayley’s unique tribute to The Shield and that is all that matters right now.
