Eddie Kingston is a true veteran in the world of professional wrestling, as he has competed all over the world in various companies. Kingston is a major star in AEW now and it appears he was pulled from an indie show due to unforeseen circumstances.

Eddie Kingston left AEW and made his way to Ring Of Honor, where he became an active in-ring competitor. Following hernia surgery, Kingston made his way back to AEW again but ended up competing in NJPW for the past month or so.

The Mad King was set to compete this Saturday at an Absolute Intense Wrestling event. However, he was pulled from the show due to circumstances beyond their control and was replaced by Lance Archer.

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control Eddie Kingston will no longer be appearing tomorrow night, Lance Archer will now take his place and will be in non-tournament action. 9/16 AIW – JT Lightning Invitational Tournament Night 2

This is the second time in a month Eddie Kingston was pulled from an indie event for some reason. Regardless, he is set to square off against Claudio Castagnoli in a winner-takes-all match at AEW Grand Slam next week, so we’ll have to wait and see how the match will turn out.
