Hulk Hogan’s name has hundreds of stories connected to his name, millions if you consider everyone who saw him throughout his career. His achievements in both WWE and WCW, coupled with memorable roles in popular films such as Rocky III and Suburban Commando, have solidified his place in pop culture history. That doesn’t mean everyone in the Hulkster’s family has the same abilities.

This past Saturday marked a somber moment for the Hogan family legacy. Over the weekend, David Bollea, who is a nephew of the pro-wrestling icon, experienced a devastating knockout at the Fury Challenger Series 5.

David Bollea faced off against Paul Garza during the event. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse for Hulk Hogan’s nephew, as Garza took control of the fight right from the start. He ended up delivering a fierce left hook that resulted in a knockout in the first round.

Hulk Hogan has not publicly commented on his nephew’s big MMA loss yet. He might have seen the fight, so he could maybe provide a few pointers. If anything, he might be able to get him a tryout at the WWE Performance Center.

We will have to see if David Bollea is able to rebound his career in the ring. Currently, he has a 8-2-0 record. He is also nicknamed “King,” but he didn’t have a good time on his throne against Paul Garza.
