Britt Baker has worked very hard to improve herself and become one of the best female wrestlers in AEW. It was a slow and gradual process as fans initially rejected her entirely. She also barely made it in time for her AEW Rampage match due to hectic travelling.

AEW taped next week’s Rampage and ROH TV on Saturday night from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY. This is because there will be no live Collision show next Saturday as everyone in AEW will be over in the UK for the August 27 All In pay-per-view event. AEW will be taping the August 26 Collision after Dynamite next week.

Due to such a hectic schedule, Britt Baker and Adam Cole had a hectic night of travels as they were at the Kulture City’s Kulture Ball in Birmingham, Alabama. Adam Cole won the Human Highlight Award Person of the Year at the event.

The two were still able to make it in time for Rampage as the tapings went nearly five hours long. Baker teamed up with Hikaru Shida against Saraya & Toni Storm on Rampage.

According to Sean Ross Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, Britt Baker and Adam Cole were in Alabama when the show started. It was said that Baker arrived mere minutes before Baker walked out for her match.

“Baker and Cole flew private to Lexington, Kentucky, where they arrived minutes before Baker walked out for the Rampage main event.”

We will have to wait and see whether Britt Baker will become the AEW Women’s Champion at the All In pay-per-view, where she will be squaring off against Hikaru Shida, Toni Storm and Saraya in a fatal four-way match.
