WWE has a lot of teams with a ton of potential in NXT, but it looks like one of them will be leaving unless plans change for them. Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid might be leaving the Schism, and NXT all together.

The Dyad requested their releases from NXT a few months ago, but they were denied. They are still sticking around the brand, and participating in storylines as well. All the while, their storyline with the Creed Brothers is intensifying.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that The Dyad only have a couple of months left until they are out of NXT. At least, that is the impression they gave when they asked for those releases.

“It’s October, I have the date in the Observer. For whatever reason, I think it’s October 14th, but it’s October for sure.”

The Dyad even won Loser Leaves NXT match over the Creed Brothers. That created an interesting storyline addition, especially when so many fans were under the impression that the former Grizzled Young Veterans team were on their way out of the company.

We will have to see how things pan out in this situation. Fans were already swerved once, but you also have to wonder what will happen with Joe Gacy and Ava once the Dyad do take off in October.
