WWE Adds More High Profile Matches To SummerSlam Card

WWE’s SummerSlam event will go down on August 5th in Detroit’s Ford Field. They have a nice chunk of the biggest party of the summer booked already, but they aren’t finished yet.

Becky Lynch and Zoey Stark had a match this week with SummerSlam implications. If Becky won the match, then she got a SummerSlam match against Trish Stratus, but if she lost, then The Man had to get “Thank You Trish” tattooed on her body.

In the end, Becky Lynch won the match with a manhandle slam, and now that SummerSlam match against Trish Stratus is in stone. This happened despite that fact that Trish tried to interfere with the match a couple of times.

Later on, Logan Paul jumped Ricochet in the middle of his in-ring promo. He accepted a match at SummerSlam, but just as The Maverick was insulting the live crowd, the One And Only got the upperhand and his heat back after nailing a couple of moves and a standing shooting star press.

Later on, GUNTHER accepted Drew McIntyre’s challenge for an IC Title match at SummerSlam. That match has a bit of history behind it, and they really enjoyed a riveting promo during the show.
