Seth Rollins Credits Shawn Michaels For The Best Things In His Life

Seth Rollins is the Visionary of WWE and has done a lot for the business since his debut in the company more than a decade ago. He competed in a stellar match on last week’s episode of NXT Gold Rush and it appears he had a lot of wonderful things to say about Shawn Michaels.

The Visionary has been holding open challenges to show that he will be a fighting champion no matter what. This has been the case for the past few weeks and last week as well. After all, Rollins successfully defended his title against Bron Breakker on NXT.

In fact, Seth Rollins’ match with Bron Breakker drew nearly 1 million viewers for NXT. WWE would then share a backstage video of Shawn Michaels and Seth Rollins having a chat and embracing each other.

The Visionary took to Twitter and commented on the video, as he stated that Shawn Michaels was instrumental in making him the person he is today as well as the family he has.

Everybody you meet plays a part in who you are. Some more than others…

Without Shawn, I never step foot in a wrestling ring. Probably never meet my wife. Never have my kid.

Reflecting on this moment, I feel immense gratitude across the board. We’re nothing but lucky to be experiencing life.

Seth Rollins will be defending his WWE World Heavyweight Champion against Finn Balor at the Money In The Bank Premium Live Event. We will have to wait and see whether Rollins will be able to end up retaining the title.
