Someone’s personal habits can actually go on to affect those around you. It seems that Bandido has habit that really gets under Konnan’s skin, because he won’t pick up his phone.

Konnan expressed a different sentiment when discussing Bandido and Rush. The veteran wrestler referred to both individuals as “unprofessional” and reflected on his experiences with them.

In a recent episode of Keepin’ It 100, Konnan shared the challenges he encountered while working with Bandido, shedding light on the reasons behind his opinion.

“He [Bandido] had the very bad habit, which I find very unprofessional, he doesn’t answer the f*cking phone. A lot of these wrestlers, they got to the United States, get a big head, and they start charging with their ego. What happens in AEW if they cut you or you get injured? I’m not going to f*cking forget.”

Bandido has garnered significant acclaim within the industry for his exceptional performances and, in 2022, he officially joined AEW. Similarly, Rush is widely respected in the wrestling business and coincidentally signed with AEW in the same year as his long-standing rival.

AEW could have big plans for Bandido in the years to come. He inked a deal, after there was interest elsewhere. Only time will tell what happens next, but hopefully, he will pick up the phone when Tony Khan calls him.
