AEW Collision is coming on June 17th, and fans will soon see what the company has in store. That being said, Andrade would like to see new title belts.

Dynamite and Collision will have their own rosters, and it will be a soft split. Tony Khan said that there is a possibility for stories to carry over from one show to the next as well.

While speaking on the Please Steal Our Ideas podcast, Andrade El Idolo went into AEW’s new show a bit, one that he will be a part of.

I don’t know yet, but I hope [the shows will be] separate. I hope [they] make a new title. Maybe separate the brands like it’s another company. I hope that Dynamite, the roster, and the talent — Collision, this new brand for AEW, I wish [for the shows to be] separate. I don’t know yet.

Andrade El Idolo reiterated why adding new titles would be beneficial for the entire AEW roster. He hopes that it happens.

I wish. I hope so, too because this is a new brand. We need new goals. If we have different titles, it’s good because you can compete for the title.

I think it’s good. I love the idea because this is more opportunities for the roster, more storylines for the titles. I think maybe in the future, or maybe soon, [new titles] is a good idea. I hope the office or the writers [will hear this]. Yeah, 100%. We need a new title.

At this time, there doesn’t seem to be any plan for Collision and Dynamite to have their own titles. Tony Khan is obviously taking things one step at a time, and if new titles are coming, then that is next phase thinking, for sure.

We will have to see how AEW Collision goes. As of this writing, ticket sales for every show except their debut episode in Chicago’s United Center have not done well at all. For more updates on this story, and others, keep checking back with Ringside News!
