WWE has a lot going on, and their rosters are always changing in one way or another. Now, it seems that the company already has their eye on one championship team’s split.

While speaking to the New York Post recently, Ronda Rousey opened up about the recent shift in WWE’s women’s division. She noted that that roster was “stripped clean.”

“It was like the entire women’s division just got stripped clean (with the injuries, absences and departures from when she left in 2019 and returned last year). And now we’re the women that are the women that are left trying to piece together, you know, stories and a division, a tag division with around 10 women or even less on each roster. I mean, we’re trying the best that we can to make chicken shit into chicken salad, and we made some amazing chicken salad.”

Ronda Rousey also said she’s pushed to WWE to work as a tag team with Baszler for years, “No, I think that’s the one thing that really sets us apart from every single person, every single tag team in, in the history of this company is that we’ve, we came here already tested, and we came here already closer than anyone’s ever been. We’ve literally fought together, bled together, cried together everything. And so there’s nothing that’s going to tear us apart, especially not a fantasy-land company like this.”

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, if was noted that Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, while they did just win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, could have been paried up with the intention of breaking them up.

The two have pushed to be a team but they’ve also pushed for the ability to work a heated program with each other.

They say that friends have the best programs with each other in pro wrestling, because they hit each other harder. Only time will tell how hard Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler end up hitting each other, but it’s safe to say that fans have wanted to see that happen for a while.

Only time will tell what the plan is for Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler’s title reign. They are obviously off to a good start right now as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

What’s your take on Ronda and Shayna having a feud? Sound off in the comments!
