Triple H put Bayley together with IYO Sky and Dakota Kai as one of his first big creative moves at SummerSlam last year. Since then, the team has seen success, and they’ve also had a lot of fun. As we approach the one-year anniversary of the stable in WWE, it seems that their future is up in the air.

Dakota Kai is injured, and she needs months on the shelf to recover. Now, we have some new information that indicates the stable might not be around when she returns.

BWE, who is a proven WWE insider, tweeted out behind his private Twitter account that WWE has already discussed the idea of IYO Sky branching off.

The fate of Damage CTRL hangs in the balance as WWE’s intentions to reunite Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox were disrupted due to an injury. Furthermore, WWE had contemplated a solo career for IYO SKY, but the future plans for Bayley remain uncertain.

We will have to see how things turn out in this situation. Only time will tell how WWE books Damage CTRL in the next few months, but IYO Sky might be on a new path in a short while.

It is always possible to push one member of a stable, but keep the group together. That being said, the jury is still out on Damage CTRL’s future.
