WWE has seen a few Superstars make a transition from other sports. You can never say never when it comes to WWE, and the ring can be a tempting option for a lot of athletes. It seems that another NFL player could be down for something with WWE.

While speaking to TMZ Sports, Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce spoke about George Kittle’s recently appearance at WrestleMania 39. He was watching closely at WrestleMania, and he really enjoyed the show.

Travis Kelce really enjoyed seeing George Kittle get his hands dirty at WrestleMania. His involvement might have been a spur of the moment deal, but it only added to the big event.

“It was awesome to see him go nuts.”

Travis Kelce happens to have a connection in WWE, because he has The Miz’s contact info. That could open the door for something down the road, and it seems he took his shot already.

Kelce told TMZ that he ‘hit up’ The Miz about a future role in WWE. He was then asked whether a WWE outing is going to happen, and he remains hopeful. That being said, it doesn’t seem like it’s happened yet.

“Hopefully, we can brew something into fruition here.”

The Miz might be a hated Superstar in WWE, but he has a lot of connections. The A-Lister has a lot of famous friends in the entertainment industry and sporting world. It seems only logical that a few of his famous friends might have hit him up about putting in a good word with WWE.

We’ll have to see who jumps over to WWE from another sport next. It takes a lot to make that transition, and only a few people have really been able to make a successful go at it.

What’s your take on this situation with another NFL crossover coming to WWE? Sound off in the comments!
