Injuries can happen at any time in the world of professional wrestling and no one is to be blamed for that. Thea Hail is no exception, as she recently suffered an injury and will be out of action for a while. That said, Hall decided to deny claims that she got injured due to a new workout regime in NXT.

As previously reported by Dave Meltzer, Thea Hail is currently on the shelf due to minor injury she sustained recently. it was further added that the nature of her injury is not a serious one and that there is hope she will return sooner than later.

Recently, a Twitter page by the name of ‘Female Locker Room’ made a post about Thea Hail’s injury. While quoting The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the page noted how a new strength & conditioning coach who has NXT Superstars doing “counterproductive” workouts has resulted in these injuries.

Thea Hail certainly did not fail to see The Wrestling Observer Newsletter’s report about the new training regime, as she took to Twitter and simply denied it.
