The Celtic Warrior recently took to Twitter to show off his impressive leg workout routine by performing a 780 lbs belt squat.

“Leg Day 780lbs belt squat,” wrote Sheamus.

Sheamus’ leg workout will even put John Cena’s workout routine to shame. He has once again shown us why he is one of the most impressive athletes to ever set foot inside a WWE ring.

His fans also seemed impressed with Sheamus’ feat of strength. “Damn!,” replied one user while another user commented that Sheamus should be “training Elon Musk.”
