WWE Backlash Just Got Even Bigger with New Title Match Added

WWE fans have been treated to another exciting announcement ahead of tonight’s RAW episode, this time regarding the upcoming premium live event, WWE Backlash.

Following on from SmackDown’s announcement that Rhea Ripley will defend her WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship against LWO’s Zelina Vega, the Raw side of things has now confirmed a major match.

WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair will put her title on the line against IYO SKY at the event, adding another thrilling bout to the already stacked lineup.

In addition to this, a triple threat match has been announced for the United States Championship, with Austin Theory set to defend his title against both Bronson Reed and Bobby Lashley.

WWE Backlash 2023 will be hosted by Bad Bunny and is set to take place live from San Juan, Puerto Rico on May 6th.
