Eric Bischoff is well-known name in the world of professional wrestling and has made significant contributions to the industry. As the former President of World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in the late 1990s, he played a crucial role in the Monday Night Wars against WWE, which helped elevate professional wrestling to new heights of popularity. However, he thinks he won’t be making any more appearances on AEW programming.

The former WCW Booker showed up on the TNT network interestingly for the first time since 2000 on August 5, 2020. Eric Bischoff appeared on AEW Dynamite to moderate a discussion between Chris Jericho and Orange Cassidy.

However, Eric Bischoff and Tony Khan don’t really appreciate each other’s perspectives as of now would be putting it mildly. In any case, given the condition of their relationship throughout the course of recent months. Bischoff believes he’s walked through those proverbial doors for the last time. He spoke about this during an interview with Going Broadway Digital.

“Not from my perspective but I’m sure from Tony’s it might be.I know he’s taken exceptions to some of the things I’ve said, and I don’t blame him.”
Nonetheless, he’s not hoping to get back on TV all that frequently — or ever, truly. As a matter of fact, assuming that he at no point ever needs to venture out from home in the future, he’ll be happy with that.
“Look if it happens, I’ll be grateful. I’ll be happy. If there’s an opportunity to kind of mend the fences and jump back, and stick my toe in the water a couple times a year, sure; it’s always going to be fun for me. But if it doesn’t happen, my life isn’t gonna change. I’m all good.”

That also applies to any possible WWE appearances for Eric Bischoff. While he wants to try and visit them a few times a year, he is also alright with the fact that he may not be seeing them as frequently as he would like.

“I am living in a lifelong dream … So if I never leave Wyoming again, that’s okay, too.”

Eric Bischoff is highly experienced and successful figure in the wrestling industry, and his expertise could certainly be beneficial to any wrestling promotion, including AEW. Bischoff has demonstrated his ability to create compelling storylines, build up new talent, and drive ratings, which are all essential factors in the success of a wrestling promotion.
