Kenny Omega is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars in AEW as well as in the world of professional wrestling. Together with The Young Bucks, Cody Rhodes and others, he started AEW. In fact, Omega and The Bucks remain EVPs of the company, and it seems they have an open door policy with talent.

Kenny Omega shed light on the evolving dynamics between the executive vice presidents and the AEW roster, highlighting how his responsibilities have shifted since the company’s inception.

As one of the co-founders of AEW alongside Matt and Nick Jackson and Cody Rhodes, Omega currently holds the position of EVP, which entails overseeing various aspects of the company’s operations.

While speaking about his work as an EVP to Renee Paquette on The Sessions, Kenny Omega revealed that he and the Young Bucks have an open door policy with talent in AEW.

“I’m not sure. It would be sad if people are pretending to be nice to me because of it. I hope that’s not the case.

The Bucks and I, we always had an open door policy. It’s like, hey, if we can do something for anybody, our door is always open and just come to us with whatever woe that you may have backstage.

“The last thing I would want to do is kind of create a divide, where it’s like, hey, you guys are over here doing your thing. We’re over here because we’re what, more important?

“I don’t ever want to feel that way and it’s never been that way. We are just boys in the locker room. We don’t try to exude any sort of aura about us like, hey, we’re a suit in the office. That’s definitely not how we try to present ourselves.”

Kenny Omega also opened up about his backstage brawl with CM Punk. We will have to wait and see what AEW has in store for Omega, as an EVP as well as an in-ring competitor in the company.
