Cody Rhodes Apologizes For WWE RAW Segment Being Cut Short

Cody Rhodes is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars in WWE right now. His stock only increased after WrestleMania 38 and his momentum has not seen any signs of stopping either. That being said, it seems Rhodes apologized for his WWE RAW segment being cut short last night.

As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Cody Rhodes and Paul Heyman were once again involved in a heated promo segment, ahead of Rhodes’ WrestleMania 39 match against Roman Reigns.

This was done via video-link, as Paul Heyman was seen sporting neck brace following Kevin Owens’ stunner at WWE Elimination Chamber. In the promo, Heyman spoke about how hard life on the road is for Roman Reigns and suggested he was the one who would keep Cody Rhodes’ wife warm at night.

However, Cody Rhodes was not able to properly give a reply in the segment. Following the conclusion of the show, The American Nightmare took to Twitter and apologized for his WWE RAW segment being cut short.

Sorry the mic time got cut short and apologies for losing my temper a bit, but more importantly Ottawa…I wasn’t sure you’d be interested in the merch for The American Nightmare…boy was I wrong, thank you VERY much and next time hopefully I’ll be in action. Wonderful night.

We will have to wait and see whether Rhodes will be able to dethrone Roman Reigns for the titles at WrestleMania 39. Fans are very excited for the buildup to the match, so we’ll have to see what happens next.
