WWE NXT has a promising tag team division featuring the likes of the Creed Brothers, Indus Sher and Gallus. The company seemingly teased an all new partnership during the show tonight.

Hank Walker squared off against Charlie Dempsey tonight on WWE NXT. The former security guard had his old boots on so Drew Gulak gave him a pair of his own customized boots.

For those wondering, Gulak has been mentoring Walker for several weeks now. Walker entered the ring for another match against Dempsey. Walker showed a lot of momentum during the early moments of the momentum, but failed to get the win.

Walker ultimately submitted to Dempsey, who won’t let go of the hold even after the match was over. Drew Gulak was watching all the action from outside, but didn’t enter the ring to help his protégé.

The Philadelphia Stretcher waited until Dempsey was done and lifted the ring ropes for him to exit the ring. The two then walked out as officials attended to a fallen Hank Walker inside the ring.
