Jason Jordan is currently signed to WWE, where he works as a producer. He has not wrestled since suffering a career-ending neck injury in January 2018. Even though his days in the ring are behind him, Jordan is still very busy with WWE’s weekly television shows. In fact, the former American Alpha member had a very busy night at SmackDown this week.

Despite being forced to retire from in-ring competition in 2018, Jason Jordan doesn’t seem to have lost his love for professional wrestling. And his passion is well reflected in the matches he produces for WWE programming.

Fightful Select has revealed the list of the producers for the matches on the Royal Rumble go-home edition of WWE SmackDown. As it turns out, Jason Jordan produced four segments for the January 27th show. Here’s the full list of producers for last week’s WWE SmackDown.

Following his in-ring retirement in 2018, Jason Jordan made his first television appearance in over two years on the May 29th, 2020 episode of WWE SmackDown, He was shown walking alongside police officers who were arresting Jeff Hardy.

In April 2021, Jason Jordan was reportedly promoted to the new role of lead producer, overseeing all other producers at television taping events. On the December 9th, 2022, episode of SmackDown, Jordan appeared during the birthday celebration of his kayfabe father Kurt Angle.
