Former WWE Superstars Shawn Spears and Cassie Lee are one of the most known couples in the wrestling world. The duo stepped on the path to start their own family and were blessed with a beautiful child recently.
Following her break from wrestling, Cassie Lee broke the news of her pregnancy through video, where she is visibly giving a surprise to her husband Shawn Spears. The couple, later on, revealed that Lee will be giving birth to boy.
After months of waiting and going through the struggles of pregnancy, while continuing to be strong on her work end as well, Cassie Lee recently gave birth to her baby boy. She broke the news by posting a photo on Instagram, revealing his name to be Austin Jay.
“Austin Jay 💙 1/17/23.”
Cassie Lee and Shawn Spears met during their time in WWE. The couple tied the knot in August 2019 and decided to start a family, three years after their marriage. Lee was last seen wrestling for IMPACT Wrestling alongside Jessica McKay until April 2022, when they both announced their hiatus from wrestling.
Shawn Spears, on the other hand, rose to prominence with his ‘Tye Dillinger’ character back in WWE NXT. However, he was not able to make a mark during his time on the main roster was released by the company in February 2019. He currently wrestles for AEW.
