WWE is a global juggernaut in the world of professional wrestling and is currently working with quite a few smaller independent promotions all over the world. With Triple H still in charge of WWE Creative, fans still have some hope for the company for now. That being said, WWE is no longer working with an indie promotion.

Scotland-based indie promotion Insane Championship Wrestling had been working with WWE for a while now. Plenty of their events were also streaming on WWE’s platforms. However, it seems their working relationship is no longer a thing anymore.

It was announced that the contract between ICW and WWE has reached its conclusion. However, fans of the program can still catch the remaining episodes on YouTube and ICW On Demand. New episodes will be available on YouTube every day at 5 PM GMT starting now until Thursday, January 26th.

Additionally, ICW On Demand subscribers already have access to five new episodes, with four more set to be released by Tuesday, January 24th. The ICW Fight Club event on Sunday, January 29th will be streamed live on both Facebook and YouTube.

ICW’s contract with WWE has come to an end. We’ll be revealing the new homes of ICW programming in due course. In the meantime, all unaired programming will air on YouTube and ICW On Demand. A new episode will air on YouTube every day at 5pm GMT from now till Thursday 26 January. ICW On Demand subscribers already have access to 5 new episodes, with 4 more due to air by Tuesday 24 January. Our ICW Fight Club event on Sunday 29 January will air live on Facebook and YouTube.

Fightful had reported yesterday that “WWE is not continuing independent content on the WWE Network on Peacock,” so ICW might not be the only company in this situation.

In August 2020, it was announced that content from ICW, EVOLVE (which WWE later purchased), PROGRESS and wXw would be available on the WWE Network. We’ll have to see if WWE will work with more indie promotions in the future.
