Dragon Lee and his brother Dralistico picked up a huge victory over FTR to become the new AAA Tag Team Champions at the recent AAA Noche de Campeones event. Following his win, Dragon Lee announced that he has signed with WWE and will be wrestling for their developmental territory, NXT.

The 27-year-old luchador recently revealed that he was approached by Finn Balor with the idea to join WWE. Draon Lee also stated that he had a conversation with the company’s former WWE talent relations executive Canyon Ceman regarding a move to WWE earlier, but his recent talk with Balor got him interested in the idea of joining the company again. He spoke about this during an interview with ESPN.

“[Finn Balor] told me, ‘Would you like to be in WWE?'” Lee said with a laugh. “I said, ‘Yeah, sure. Why not?’ … It was something special for me.”
