Brain Cage Takes Dig At The Size Of Austin Theory’s Arms

Brian Cage was perceived as the next big strongmen in AEW. Cage was widely regarded for his amazing stature and physique. However, that amazing physical presence prompted him to respond to a post featuring WWE’s blue chip, Austin Theory.

Brian Cage began his wrestling career in 2004, starting on the independent circuit. He ventured on to wrestle for promotions such as FCW, IMPACT Wrestling and Lucha Underground before finally arriving in AEW in January 2020. Since his debut, he was billed as the ‘The Machine’ aligning himself with Team Taz to begin his AEW career.

The 38-year-old superstar has won a lot of championships and accolades across various promotions, being considered as one of the top main event prospects of the industry. However, Brian Cage did not take too well to a post on social media featuring former WWE United States champion Austin Theory.

Austin Theory has been one of the brightest young superstars on Monday Night RAW who is looking to ascend to the main event. He is currently scheduled to battle against Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley at this Saturday’s Survivor Series.

Ringside News posted picture of Theory watching Seth Rollins’ promo segment in anger, pointing out that his arms were the size of the entire AEW. This comparison attracted a response from Brian Cage, who disagreed by posting a picture of him and Theory during their days on the independent circuit.

Not quite.

One fan replied to say, “Brian, this photo is at least three years old… a lot can change in that time.” The Machine was quick to fire back his own response to clear up the issue.

“I was just with him in august. Always in great shape, but angles do wonders”

Austin Theory recently failed to cash-in his Money in the Bank contract against Seth Rollins for the WWE United States championship. While Brian Cage aligned himself with the Gates of Agony (Toa Liona and Kaun) led by WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard collectively referred to as “Tully Blanchard Enterprises.”
